Selama tahun 1940-an, seorang gadis diperkosa oleh sekelompok tentara Inggris, dan tiga pemuda Mesir membalas. Prajurit Inggris ditahan di kantor polisi Karamouz di Alexandria, dipimpin oleh Jenderal Youssef al-Masri (Amir Karara). Jenderal Frank Adams menuntut agar tentara Inggris itu diserahkan kepadanya, tetapi Yusuf menolak.
